Ripple is seeking a versatile Treasury Manager to join our globally distributed Treasury team. You will handle daily cash and product operations, manage funding, liquidity, and intercompany processes, and support audits and compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate treasury operations, preferably in high-growth startups or multinationals.
• Deep expertise in domestic, cross-border, FX, and digital asset payments; strong Excel/Sheets.
• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA/CFA/CTP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash and product operations and assist global processes.
• Manage entity funding, capital calls, loans, and intercompany settlement oversight.
• Oversee cash operations: reconciliation, bank accounts, and configurations.
• Support audits, FBAR compliance, and restricted account/LOC monitoring.
• Prepare cash positions, provide digital asset fundings, ensure liquidity.
• Oversee Stablecoin Treasury operations and OTC trading support.
• Manage AP and corporate payments using crypto assets.
• Oversee global account management, KYC, signatory changes, and LOC processing.
• Coordinate bank fee reviews and relationships with corporate banks.
• Manage bank portals access and GTreasury/Trovata usage; triage issues in Jira.
