Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support global cash management, forecasting, and capital markets initiatives. The role collaborates with Treasury Operations and Capital Markets to improve forecasting accuracy and automate treasury processes using RPA and AI tools.

The position requires a finance-focused bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in financial services with FX risk experience, and familiarity with SAP and treasury platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required.
5+ years in global financial services, cash forecasting, and financial analysis.
At least 1 year FX risk management experience.
CTP designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage global cash management and banking for international operations.
Support cash flow forecasting and automate processes with RPA/AI tools.
Oversee investments trading for operational cash and review guarantee issuance policies.
Coordinate worldwide KYC compliance and banking documentation.
Review FX policy effectiveness and align with Global Finance guidelines.
Lead AI-related treasury projects and prepare stakeholder materials.
