Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Treasury/Finance function.
• Experience with a Treasury Management System (TMS) and banking portals is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, graphs).
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Visio and Word; IT treasury/fin tech aptitude is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Analyze existing processes to improve workflows and data integrity.
• Assist in automating bank fees analysis using the TMS module.
• Support cash and liquidity reporting and ad hoc senior management reports.
• Automate short-term cash flow forecasts and develop liquidity analytics.
• Leverage AI features within the TMS to enhance forecasting and controls.
• Prepare actual vs forecast cash variance analyses for insurance/holding companies.
• Support cash management and TMS implementation efforts.
• Coordinate Treasury tech and ERP integration workstreams for payments/forecasting data.
