Job summary

Rapid7 is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to advance our global Treasury strategy and transformation agenda. This role partners with the Treasurer to strengthen liquidity management, financial risk controls, investment activities, debt and capital structure, insurance, and Treasury technology across the organization.

The candidate will develop analytics, dashboards, and reporting to inform senior leadership and support cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic cybersecurity company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive corporate Treasury or related Finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and scenario-planning skills.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems or banking technology is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate to senior stakeholders.
• CPA/CTP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Treasurer on global liquidity management, cash forecasting, investments, and funding needs.
• Support development and execution of foreign exchange strategy, hedging, reporting and analytics.
• Assist debt and capital structure activities, including refinancing and financing analysis.
• Contribute to global insurance program management, renewals, and coverage benchmarking.
• Support Treasury technology implementations, controls, and user adoption.
• Drive Treasury transformation through automation and process simplification.
• Develop dashboards and management reporting on liquidity, investments, FX, debt, and risks.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, IT, and other teams.
