Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering on a confidential search for a Director of Treasury with a privately held, $1B+ global organization operating across North America, South America, and Europe. The role will lead treasury and banking operations, owning credit facilities, lender relationships, liquidity management, cash forecasting, and capital structure support.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading sophisticated treasury functions, managing complex banking relationships

Qualifications

• Hands-on treasury leadership in mid-sized to large companies.
• Proven track record managing complex banking relationships and lines of credit.
• Experience optimizing treasury processes and working capital programs.

Responsibilities

• Own banking relationships and day-to-day treasury operations.
• Manage ABL and other lending arrangements.
• Oversee liquidity, cash positioning, and cash forecasting.
• Administer and optimize credit facilities and working capital programs.
• Partner with executive leadership on financing strategy and capital planning.
• Lead a small treasury team and drive process improvements.
