Job summary

Ripple in New York, NY, United States is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead daily liquidity positioning and cash management for global obligations and product funding on-site.

You will build and maintain treasury systems, forecast liquidity for subsidiaries, manage FX risk, optimize cash and crypto pooling, improve working capital, and partner with Accounting, Finance Ops, Tax, and Crypto Ops while mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Run daily liquidity positioning to meet global obligations and fund products on an on-site basis.
• Forecast liquidity needs with daily, weekly, and monthly cadence for every subsidiary and business owner.
• Optimize pooling and yield by leading global cash and stablecoin pooling to minimize idle balances and improve funding efficiency.
• Improve working capital by defining, reporting on, and driving improvements in key metrics.
• Own cash reporting with clear visibility into balances, sources and uses of cash.
