Job summary

Rimkus is seeking a strategic Treasurer & Finance Operations leader to build a modern treasury function that supports a global organization. You will own liquidity strategy, debt administration, banking relationships, ERP integrations, and treasury technology modernization.

The ideal candidate has 8–12+ years in treasury, FP&A, or related fields, with proven leadership, deep analytical skills, and experience guiding cross‑functional partners in Accounting, Tax, IT, and Legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8–12+ years in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or FP&A.
• Experience with cash forecasting, banking, debt administration, and liquidity management.
• Experience with multinational treasury operations.
• Experience leading ERP or finance transformation initiatives.
• Experience with automation or AI-enabled finance solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop global treasury strategy and liquidity framework.
• Lead cash forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Optimize working capital and global cash deployment.
• Develop treasury dashboards for executives and teams.
• Support acquisitions and strategic initiatives.
• Administer debt facilities and covenant reporting.
• Manage lender relationships and funding strategies.
• Lead banking relationships and treasury governance.
• Oversee treasury operations, policies and controls.
