The role requires deep treasury expertise, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to interface with CFO, executives, and the Board while optimizing capital structure and automating reporting using Tableau and AI tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive treasury experience, incl. 3+ years leading treasury ops.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience with borrowing base mechanics, asset-based lending, or commodity-backed financing.
• Knowledge of metals or commodity price risk; familiarity with hedging instruments.
• Advanced Excel skills with modeling, Power Query, scenario analysis, large datasets.
• Experience with ERP and BI/visualization tools; comfortable reconciling data sources.
• Experience using AI tools to automate treasury workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication to present to executives and the Board.
• Integrity with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead liquidity forecasting and global cash management.
• Manage borrowing base reporting with banks on rates and collateral.
• Partner with trading desk to monitor price exposure and hedging.
• Oversee metals accounts, leases, and financing relationships.
• Manage FX exposure across multi-currency ops.
• Surface risks and mitigation strategies.
• Lead bank relationship management and funding partnerships.
• Present debt paydown impact to CFO and Board.
• Support inventory cost reduction initiatives.
• Optimize cost of capital across accounts and investments.
• Drive treasury reporting automation using Tableau and AI tools.
• Support M&A and international expansion with scalable treasury infra.
• Strengthen internal controls cross-functionally.
