Job summary

Perficient is seeking a Director, Treasury and Risk Management to lead global treasury operations and implement company-wide cash management strategies. This role partners with the CFO, Tax Director, and Accounting Directors to optimize liquidity, risk management, and governance across regions.

You will design and oversee FX hedging, debt and banking relationships, and reporting capabilities while driving process improvements and operational excellence in a complex multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive professional experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or related fields; prior people leadership or team management experience required.
• Experience managing cash, liquidity, banking relationships, and treasury operations across multiple countries and legal entities.
• Experience designing or managing foreign exchange exposure mitigation strategies, including hedging programs or other risk management mechanisms, preferred.
• Strong ability to articulate analyses from financial reports and communicate with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury management systems and transaction processing, including system implementations and global cash flow forecasting.
• Establish and enforce treasury policies, internal controls, and governance standards including SOX framework for Treasury.
• Develop relationships with banking partners; manage global banking structure and cash settlement controls.
• Lead FX exposure policies and hedging program; monitor risk and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support M&A funding, liquidity forecasting, and reporting capabilities; oversee insurance and real estate portfolio aspects.
• Collaborate with Tax and other functions to optimize global cash management.
