Job summary

Perficient is seeking a Director, Treasury and Risk Management to lead the company’s global treasury operations, policy development, controls, and liquidity strategy from Saint Louis. You will shape hedging programs, partner with banking relationships, and drive cross-functional initiatives with finance, tax, and real estate teams.

The role requires 8–10 years in treasury leadership, a finance-based degree, and strong analytical and communication skills to influence senior executives and global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business.
• 8–10 years of progressive treasury, finance, or accounting experience.
• Experience leading global treasury functions and teams.
• Experience with FX hedging, liquidity management, and cross-border treasury operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury management systems and transaction processing worldwide, including system implementations and global cash flow forecasting.
• Establish and enforce treasury policies and SOX controls across the function.
• Manage relationships with banking partners and the global banking structure.
• Lead design and execution of FX exposure policies and hedging programs; monitor risk.
• Support liquidity forecasting and funding strategies for short- and long-term needs.
• Oversee insurance programs and real estate portfolio management.
• Partner with Tax to optimize global cash management.
