Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional designation such as CTP, CFA, CPA, or FRM.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking in a global treasury or consulting context.
• Advanced skills in treasury structure, financial risk management, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and related areas.
• Ability to train and mentor junior colleagues; strong sales and influencing skills; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Treasury engagements including planning, budgeting, and client relationship management.
• Lead proposal development and support business development initiatives.
• Maintain strong client focus and productive relationships with client personnel.
• Collaborate with partners to address risk and align deliverables with client industry trends.
• Develop networks and work with other service lines for integrated delivery.
• Support data analytics and use emerging tech to deliver insights.
