Job summary

EY is recruiting for a Treasury Manager to lead engagements, drive growth, and manage delivery teams using treasury process experience. The role involves coaching staff, supervising client work, and expanding our market share with strong relationship management.

The candidate will apply knowledge in treasury and corporate finance, with a focus on risk, cash flow forecasting, analytics, and technology-enabled insights across multiple client industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• A professional designation such as CTP, CFA, CPA, FRM in progress or achieved.
• Advanced skills in treasury transformation, risk management, cash forecasting, liquidity management, and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury engagements as a senior team member with project/resource planning and client relationship management.
• Lead proposals and support business development and practice development initiatives.
• Mentor staff and provide supervision in client environments to ensure deliverables meet specifications.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to address risk and set expectations.
• Develop networks and work with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support development of expanded client solutions using data analytics and emerging technology.
