Bank of America Corporation seeks an experienced Treasury Advisor to deliver independent, consultative treasury guidance to multinational clients. You will partner with GPS Sales, Client Coverage, and Product Management to provide strategic insights and market leadership across global treasury solutions.

The role requires 7–10 years in treasury, strong analytics and communication, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Formación

• 7–10 years of experience in corporate treasury or treasury advisory consulting.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Strong understanding of treasury principles, operating models, and processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex issues into actionable insights.
• Strong presentation and thought leadership capabilities.
• Experience with ERP and Treasury Management Systems is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manages client engagements, reviews, and account management to grow market share.
• Serves as a bank representative at industry events and leads consultative discussions at multiple levels of the organization.
• Assists banking line partners in understanding treasury management and policies.
• Manages strategy and execution of segment initiatives across major Lines of Business.
• Identifies and develops responses to emerging product trends and market gaps.
• Implements programs with market leadership to drive Global Treasury solutions.
• Acts as product/industry expert in client calls and reviews.
