Job summary

Rippling is building a world-class Travel Support team. You will create and maintain training content, deliver virtual and in-person sessions, and mentor new hires to accelerate their onboarding.

You will document product functionality and country nuances for the Global Support team, and act as a go-to resource for customers and coworkers. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve training with automation or new features.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years in travel industry with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience using Travelport or Sabre GDS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proven problem-solver with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• 2+ years in instructional design and training delivery in travel.
• Experienced with LMS platforms and e-learning development.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training content and documentation for agents.
• Deliver training sessions virtually and in-person on complex topics.
• Provide mentorship to new hires to accelerate onboarding.
• Document product functionality and country nuances for Global Support.
• Train a dispersed, remote workforce using LMS and virtual classrooms.
