Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President to lead Travel Risk Management within Global Security. You will own the global risk program, its governance, and continuous evolution, ensuring Duty of Care across travelers on every trip.

• 8+ years in travel risk management or related security/crisis domains.
• Ability to lead globally distributed teams across time zones.
• Strong vendor management and executive briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Global Travel Risk Management Standard and its annual review.
• Set destination risk levels and ensure defensible ratings across regions.
• Design and operate tiered travel risk mitigation and approval framework.
• Coordinate global monitoring, traveler tracking, and incident response.
• Oversee vendor engagement across travel ecosystem and outsourcing risk.
• Manage approved hotels program and prohibited airlines in partnership.
• Present risk metrics and KPIs at governance forums.
• Lead emergency response coordination with external partners.
• Own travel awareness and training curriculum for employees.
