Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Security Manager for Global Security to oversee guard operations, coordinate policy with Real Estate and site leadership, and evaluate risk with a focus on protecting staff and assets worldwide.

You will work with Global Security leadership to ensure daily issues and long-term needs are addressed according to policy. Strong communication, analytic skills, and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant physical security experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Experience developing and implementing security programs, risk analysis, and threat modeling.
• Familiarity with physical security tech and project management of security integrators.

Responsibilities

• Manage security operations for multiple facilities, including guard staff and incident response.
• Coordinate policy with Real Estate, site management, and department leadership to ensure policy compliance.
• Evaluate risk and apply security tools to meet staff and property needs; adjust as required.
• Liaise with local law enforcement, first responders, and regional emergency management agencies.
• Oversee audits and risk assessments by the security team.
