Job summary

Melaleuca is seeking a Travel Coordinator to book all company travel for employees, interview candidates, VIPs, customers, and Marketing Executives. The role requires Sabre proficiency and the ability to handle complex itineraries, refunds, and group travel while adhering to corporate policies.

You will use Sharepoint for travel requisitions and GET THERE for self-booking, and must be available 24 x 7 with two on-call weekends per month to support travelers worldwide from Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Qualifications

• Proven travel coordination experience and knowledge of travel processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and professionally under stress.
• Typing speed of 50 wpm or higher.
• Familiarity with Sabre and corporate travel policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel for employees, interview candidates, VIPs, customers, and executives.
• Book airline tickets, hotels, car rentals, etc. using Sabre.
• Use Sharepoint to manage Travel Requisitions and approvals.
• Utilize GET THERE for self-booking with staff and executives.
• Coordinate group travel for company events and manage refunds, exchanges, and tickets.
