Nscale is seeking a seasoned Travel & Expense Operations Leader to own and optimize T&E for a multi-entity environment. You will drive team performance, oversee approvals and reimbursements, manage the corporate card program, and ensure policy compliance across regions.

You will partner with Finance, Treasury, and HR to maintain controls, monthly reporting, and audit readiness while continually improving processes and data quality.

Formación

• 7+ years in travel and expense operations, including leading a team.
• Hands-on experience with modern T&E platforms and corporate card programs.
• Solid understanding of month-end close, accruals, reconciliations, and GL coding.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end T&E operations across entities and currencies.
• Lead the T&E team; manage approvals, reimbursements, and policy enforcement.
• Ensure data accuracy for month-end, audits, and leadership reporting.
• Partner with Treasury and Finance to coordinate reconciliations and card programs.
• Maintain policy controls, exception processes, and audit trails.
