Job summary

VERSANT Media in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Travel & Expense Management - Travel Planning to lead the enterprise travel program. You will own the day-to-day relationship with the TMC, set service standards, and drive performance across air, hotel, and ground transportation while integrating policy, data, and technology.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Procurement, Security, and leadership to centralize and scale travel services and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Corporate and Production Travel Planning, travel management, or related areas.
• Experience with online booking and expense management tools, travel data and reporting platforms, and TMC relationships.
• Deep understanding of corporate travel programs (airfare, hotels, ground transportation), supplier strategy, and travel policy governance.
• Experience with travel program reporting, supplier management, duty-of-care programs, travel risk management, and internal controls.
• Experience supporting multinational or media and entertainment organizations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional judgment, attention to detail, ability to prioritize competing demands, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the travel service-delivery model and be the senior escalation point for complex travel needs and policy guidance.
• Oversee the operating relationship with the TMC, including service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Establish traveler data onboarding, maintenance, and compliance in the booking platform.
• Plan and execute high-priority travel for executives, production events, and other needs.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Security, Technology, and leaders to align travel with priorities.
• Develop traveler-facing resources, policies, SOPs, FAQs, and training materials.
• Enhance travel content on internal portals and coordinate traveler safety and duty-of-care during disruptions.
• Lead hotel RFPs, spend analysis, supplier strategy, and performance monitoring.
