Job summary

Versant, based in Orlando, FL, seeks a Senior Manager, Travel & Expense Management - Travel Planning to lead the corporate and production travel program. You will own the TMC relationship, set service standards, ensure traveler policy compliance, and drive value through data, technology, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Corporate and Production Travel Planning, travel management or related areas
• Experience with online booking and expense management tools, travel data and reporting platforms, and TMC relationships preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the travel service-delivery model and act as escalation point for complex travel needs and policy guidance
• Oversee the operating relationship with the Travel Management Company (TMC) including service delivery and governance
• Establish standards for traveler data onboarding and compliance within booking platforms
• Lead planning and execution for executive leadership and production-related travel events
• Partner with HR, Finance, Procurement, Security, Technology to align travel services with business needs
• Lead traveler safety and duty-of-care processes during disruptions and risk events
• Lead hotel RFP process including spend analysis, supplier strategy, and performance monitoring
