Job summary

Versant3 is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Travel & Expense Management - Travel Planning to lead the operational delivery of the corporate and production travel program in Orlando. The role owns the day-to-day relationship with the Travel Management Company (TMC) and drives performance across air, hotel, and ground transportation.

This leader will partner across HR, Finance, Procurement, Security, Technology, and business leaders to centralize, transform systems, and scale the travel program

Qualifications

• Experience leading travel program operations across air, hotel, and ground transportation.
• Ability to manage a TMC relationship and service-delivery performance.
• Strong collaboration with HR, Finance, Procurement, Security and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the travel service-delivery model and serve as the senior escalation point for complex travel needs, policy guidance, traveler support, and preferred supplier utilization.
• Oversee the operating relationship with Versant's TMC, including service delivery, issue resolution, service-level performance, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Establish standards for traveler data onboarding and policy compliance within the booking platform.
• Lead planning and execution for executive travel, production-related events, and other critical business needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to align travel services with evolving business requirements and operational priorities.
