Job summary

Hunt Companies seeks a Traveling Project Manager to oversee construction management for multiple large-scale projects. You will report to the Director of Construction and coordinate bidding, inspections, and site activities, ensuring quality within schedule and budget.

The role requires 5–7 years in construction/development/engineering with strong project management and 5 years of leadership experience, plus a Bachelor’s in engineering, construction, or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction or related discipline required, or demonstrated equivalent proficiency.
• 5–7 years of professional construction/development/engineering experience with project management focus.
• 5 years of management experience required.
• Experience in planning and construction of large-scale building/site development; estimating/change orders a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and manage all aspects of multiple large-scale building and site development projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and present comprehensive project plans to sponsors; obtain approvals.
• Lead planning, staffing, progress reporting, and problem resolution across project teams.
• Monitor contractor performance; propose schedule, cost, or resource adjustments as needed.
• Ensure timely material/equipment delivery and adherence to quality, schedule, and cost.
• Provide timely, accurate status updates to management, sponsors, and clients.
