Job summary

The Director of Compliance at Agnello & Rogers will lead our global regulatory program, spanning U.S. federal, state, local travel rules and international requirements across EU, UK, Canada, Mexico, and beyond.

Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer with a dotted-line to the Global President, you will design scalable controls, oversee cross-border data handling, vendor diligence, and training for reservations, marketing, and product teams to ensure compliant booking, ticketing, and payments across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD or compliance certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive compliance experience in travel, hospitality, airline, or e-commerce.
• Experience with state Seller of Travel laws, DOT, GDPR/UK GDPR, and data protection.
• Strong ability to translate complex regulations into booking flow, policy, and disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's compliance program across U.S. federal, state, local, and international regulations.
• Oversee audits, monitoring, and reporting to the Chief Legal Officer and Global President.
• Develop policies for booking terms, cancellations, and traveler data handling.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT Security, Marketing, and Product teams to embed compliance into products.
