• Ensure budget is followed in terms of manpower and materials.
• Organize and schedule field labor and ensure performance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for proper planning and harmony.
• Maintain quality of concrete work and budget adherence.
• Track and report project progress daily and weekly.
• Record and report field manpower time accurately.
• Identify problems delaying progress and provide solutions.
