Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Transportation Process & Transformation to lead end-to-end ownership of global transportation processes and capabilities. The role focuses on designing scalable operating models and aligning technology, data, and external partners with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, operations or related functions.
• Experience leading complex global transformation initiatives across multiple functions and regions.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve global transportation processes, standards and operating models.
• Lead deployment of major global transportation transformation initiatives and ensure operational readiness.
• Partner with 3PL/4PL and providers to integrate external capabilities into global processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and future transformation with data-driven insights.
• Lead a small team and coordinate resources across functions and geographies.
