Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Transportation Process & Transformation in New Jersey. The role leads end-to-end ownership of transportation processes, deploying major initiatives and partnering with external providers.

Hybrid work with travel up to 20% and direct reporting to the Director, Global Transportation & 3PL/4PL Excellence. The position requires 8–10 years in transportation/supply chain, strong governance and change-management skills, and experience with 3PL/4PL

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, operations or related functions.
• Experience leading complex global transformation, process deployment or operating-model initiatives across functions and regions.
• Strong understanding of transportation operations and 3PL/4PL models.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable processes, governance and operational capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed global organization.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve global transportation processes, standards and operating models.
• Lead deployment of major transportation transformation initiatives and ensure readiness.
• Partner with 3PL/4PL and providers to integrate capabilities into global processes.
• Support continuous improvement with performance insights and problem-solving.
• Lead a team of transportation SMEs and coordinate cross-functional resources across sites and regions.
• Deliver standardized, scalable processes with clear governance and ownership.
