Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Transportation Process & Transformation to join our Global Transportation and Trade Operations team in New Jersey. This hybrid role may require up to 20% travel and reports to the Director, Global Transportation & 3PL/4PL Excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, operations or related functions.
• Experience leading complex global transformation, process deployment or operating-model initiatives across multiple functions/regions.
• Strong understanding of transportation operations and 3PL/4PL or provider operating models.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable processes, governance and operational capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed global organization.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve global transportation processes, standards and operating models; establish governance and performance expectations.
• Lead deployment of major global transportation transformation initiatives and ensure operational readiness.
• Partner with 3PL/4PL, technology and providers to integrate external capabilities.
• Support continuous improvement and future transformation across enterprise programs.
• Lead a small team and coordinate resources across functions and regions.
