Job summary

V2X is seeking a part-time Transportation Coordinator to support travel for military and civilian customers. You will arrange Commercial Charter bus travel, verify travel orders, and coordinate group moves at Fort Bragg.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, a valid REAL ID, CAC, NACI Tier 1 Public Trust, U.S. citizenship proof, and 3–4 years in transportation or a similar office setting, plus DoD regulations knowledge and GOPAX experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid REAL ID State Driver’s License.
• Valid NACI Tier 1 Public Trust.
• Valid CAC.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship (birth certificate or passport).
• Ability to maintain driving privileges on Fort Bragg.

Responsibilities

• Arrange travel involving Commercial Charter buses and coordinate schedules.
• Verify travel orders for costs, availability, and convenience of carriers.
• Arrange Group Moves Travel using commercial charter buses.
• Maintain records of inspection and reports.
• Review invoices for accuracy and ensure submission to carriers.
• Send payments to Commercial Charter Carriers after movements.
• Perform other duties as required.
