The position requires minimal 20 hours per week with potential for variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet workload. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid REAL ID State Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Must have a valid NACI Tier 1 Public Trust.
• Must have a valid Common Access Card (CAC).
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship (birth certificate or U.S. Passport).
• Must maintain driving privileges aboard Fort Bragg installation.

Responsibilities

• Arrange travel involving Commercial Charter buses and coordinate schedules.
• Verify travel orders for costs, availability, and route efficiency.
• Arrange Group Moves Travel using commercial charter buses.
• Maintain records of inspections and provide necessary reports.
• Review invoices for accuracy and ensure submission by carriers.
• Process payments to Commercial Charter Carriers after moves.
• Perform other duties as required.
