Responsibilities

• Lead the cross-functional team of MGB and client resources that will execute MGB Transformational Partnerships in international markets.
• Act as MGBI's expert on best practices to structure and launch a successful Transformational Partnership across all workstreams, roles, and responsibilities, with primary accountability for initial partnership scoping and detailed business case and implementation plan development.
• Serve as the primary client-facing MGBI executive leader for TPs, representing Mass General Brigham with credibility, authority, and strategic influence.
• Provide executive oversight and accountability for partnership governance, scope, budget, and the end-to-end delivery of high-value advisory work products and services.
• Exercise executive judgment to anticipate, elevate, and resolve barriers to success, removing obstacles at the organizational and client-interface level.
