Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to design and implement change management plans and communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop change management plan for transformation programs and initiatives.
• Apply structured methodology to create adoption strategies for required changes.
• Assess change impact and integrate activities into project plans with PMs.
• Create before/after materials and establish stakeholder outreach plans.
• Develop communications, trainings, and toolkits for successful launches.
• Define success metrics, monitor progress, and gather feedback from users.
