Job summary

TVH Group in Olathe, Kansas, is seeking a Global Change Management Expert to lead the people side of transformation across enterprise projects. You will guide adoption, drive change leadership, and influence project outcomes through structured change programs.

You will define and execute change strategy (ADKAR), manage stakeholders, design communications and training, monitor adoption metrics, and travel as needed to stay close to teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading end-to-end change management and transformation activities.
• Master’s degree or equivalent; ability to grasp complex business concepts and new technologies.
• Knowledge of ADKAR is a plus; Prosci/CCMP certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end change management strategy across enterprise-wide transformations (ADKAR).
• Conduct impact, readiness, and feasibility assessments across departments.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and coach leaders to guide teams through digital transitions.
• Design and deliver internal communications plans and training programs; monitor adoption metrics.
