Job summary

RS Group is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Technical Transfer Pricing in the United States. The role reports to the Group Head of International Tax and Transfer Pricing and will lead the design, implementation, and governance of TP policies across operating businesses.

You will support M&A, integrations, and ad hoc business initiatives while staying ahead of OECD developments and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing TP policies for multinational groups.
• Strong understanding of OECD guidelines and local country rules.
• Experience in TP documentation, benchmarking studies, and country-by-country reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the Group's transfer pricing policies across operating businesses.
• Monitor OECD developments and local compliance requirements.
• Provide TP support on M&A, integrations, and ad hoc business initiatives.
• Prepare and review TP calculations and documentation for statutory reporting.
• Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to ensure TP invoices and intercompany services agreements are correct.
• Advise on regulatory changes and governance with senior finance and commercial stakeholders.
