Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing to advise clients on TP implications for business objectives and to develop compliant transfer pricing strategies. You will market services, network, and contribute to business development within your area of expertise.

You will lead engagements, supervise teams, and ensure timely completion of analysis and final reports while applying IRS and OECD guidelines to various intercompany transactions.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of prior experience required.
• Experience working within a transfer pricing practice.
• Experience supervising professionals on a project or engagement basis.
• Experience with review of tax provisions from a transfer pricing perspective, preferred.
• Experience applying knowledge of the interplay between transfer pricing and other areas of tax, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research intercompany transactions and assist in documenting pricing policies.
• Determine scope of transfer pricing projects, budgets, timelines, and prepare client presentations.
• Administer economic analysis and draft final report.
• Ensure clients comply with transfer pricing requirements and propose year-end review.
• Determine appropriate transfer pricing methods under IRS and OECD guidelines.
• Manage engagements to meet metrics and schedules.
• Develop transfer pricing documentation and planning reports.
• Support tax provision processes and FIN 48 considerations.
• Assist in business development and client presentations.
