Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks an Executive Director to lead transfer pricing policy design and governance for a global financial institution. You will shape methodologies, guide implementation, and strengthen intercompany documentation while partnering with tax, finance, and business leaders across geographies.

You will report to the Global Head of Transfer Pricing, manage audits and disputes, and drive continuous improvement in TP practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive transfer pricing experience (15+ years).
• Deep knowledge of TP principles and OECD guidelines, including for financial institutions.
• Proven ability to design and implement TP policies and methodologies.
• Experience supporting TP audits, inquiries, and disputes.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions and geographies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to explain complex topics to non-specialists.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and ongoing management of transfer pricing policy and governance.
• Translate policy into clear methodologies and support cross‑functional implementation.
• Advise partners on TP matters and practical execution.
• Support TP audits, inquiries, and disputes globally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks and opportunities; propose improvements aligned with global standards.
• Build relationships with regional and local tax teams and key stakeholders.
