Job summary

Balchem Corp. is seeking a Tax Analyst, Transfer Pricing to help manage the company’s global transfer pricing strategy, documentation, and compliance. The role involves coordinating with finance and operations across jurisdictions and supporting annual documentation and tax audits.

The position requires strong analytical skills and experience with transfer pricing concepts, OECD guidelines, and U.S. tax provisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transfer pricing documentation including Master/Local Files and benchmarking studies.
• Coordinate data collection for intercompany transactions across entities.
• Maintain contemporaneous intercompany documentation and pricing methodologies.
• Monitor changes in global transfer pricing regulations and assess impact.
• Support Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and Pillar Two data collection as applicable.
• Prepare analyses and summaries related to transfer pricing performance.
• Support ERP/financial system integration of transfer pricing policies.
