BDO USA is seeking a Tax Experienced Senior, Transfer Pricing to lead complex intercompany pricing analyses, documentation, and planning. You will supervise Transfer Pricing Associates and Interns, coordinate with tax groups and drive engagement quality across client projects.

Applicants should have 3+ years in transfer pricing, strong research abilities, and proficiency with major financial databases and tax software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field is required.
• More than three years of work experience in a transfer pricing practice is required.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with review of tax provisions from a transfer pricing perspective is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct transfer pricing studies involving planning, documentation, audit defense and compliance stages.
• Scopes, designs, and conducts financial analysis related to intercompany transactions to benchmark pricing policies.
• Prepares project reports documenting intercompany pricing compliance and presents findings to clients.
• Supervises Transfer Pricing Associates and Interns on engagements and ensures quality deliverables.
• Mentors junior staff and manages budgets and timelines for engagements.
