Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience supporting training programs, learning operations, or administrative programs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, learners, instructors, and internal stakeholders regarding training activities.
• Manage customer registrations, learner onboarding, course enrollments, and certification activities.
• Coordinate learner communications, training schedules, course confirmations, and post-training follow-up activities.
• Support the administration of customer training plans and learning pathways.
• Provide exceptional customer service to global learners and stakeholders while ensuring a consistent professional training experience.
