Recor Medical is seeking a Training Manager to drive company-wide training initiatives and oversee global learning programs. You will partner with internal departments to identify needs, facilitate workshops, and ensure training compliance across the organization.

A strong background in FDA-regulated environments and LMS proficiency are essential for success. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, program delivery, and continuous improvement in training quality and effectiveness

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in adult education, learning, development, and/or training in FDA-regulated industries.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain technical content to non-technical audience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with Cornerstone Learning Management System

Responsabilités

• Coach and facilitate workshops on training delivery across formats (e-learning and in-person).
• Assist in developing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design solutions.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts to package and deliver content.
• Deliver and facilitate trainings.
• Measure training effectiveness and adapt programs accordingly.
• Resolve problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
• Assist in LMS administration and compliance activities.
