The Training Manager works with Sr. Director, Global Learning & Development to assess company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. The Training manager will facilitate and supervise Global training programs for employees. The Training manager will work cross-functionally with internal departments and with other important stakeholders to ensure that the organization training requirements meet the needs of each functional group. This position will be responsible for facilitating the establishment of divisional training and quality systems policies that would include standard workflows to support the policy and be a champion to support QMS training process and ensure that the key trainings are deployed well. This position will also ensure adherence to the processes, policies and procedures of the company and external regulatory agencies.
Salary Range : $134,000- $154,000 (Annual Base Salary)
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

This program is designed to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and to maintain radiation exposure at levels that are As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA). Additional guidance and protective equipment, as necessary, will be provided as part of onboarding and ongoing safety training.
