Qualifications

  • 1+ Years of experience in training coordination, administration, customer service, operations, or a related field. required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, E-Learning, and onboarding activities in the LMS for Global Service.
  • Maintain training records, certifications, attendance logs, training calendar, and LMS data.
  • Assist in the distribution of training materials and communication of released Field Service training documentation.
  • Monitor training compliance and certification deadlines, providing reminders and status updates to employees and management.
  • Generate and maintain reports on training participation, completion rates, and other applicable training metrics.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding training schedules, requirements, and available learning resources.

The Training Coordinator supports the development, delivery, and administration of training programs for Global Field Service and is responsible for coordinating training schedules, maintaining training records, assisting with onboarding activities, managing the training queue for service requests, and ensuring technicians receive the required compliance training. The Training Coordinator plays a key role in promoting and advancing a training compliance culture within the company as well as with our partners and customers and supports the Global Service organization through the coordination of team events and activities, procurement of required items, and facilitation of day-to-day operational needs.The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, E-Learning, and the applicable onboarding activities in the internal Learning Management System (LMS) for Global Service.
  • Maintain training records, certifications, applicable attendance logs, the training calendar, and LMS data.
  • Assist in the distribution of training materials and communication of released Field Service training documentation.
  • Monitor training compliance and certification deadlines, providing reminders and status updates to employees and management.
  • Generate and maintain reports on training participation, completion rates, and other applicable training metrics.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding training schedules, requirements, and available learning resources.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by gathering participant feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance training programs.
  • Maintain and respond to cases in the Global Service training queue to assist with Service training requests.
  • Maintain applicable SOPs and point-of-use documents related to the job role.
  • Serve as a coordinator for Global Service team engagement initiatives, supporting team gatherings, informal events, culture-building activities, and other team needs as required.
  • Extremely customer-focused attitude, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education, Experiene and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 1+ Years of experience in training coordination, administration, customer service, operations, or a related field. required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
