Your role will involve managing all aspects of the training lifecycle, collaborating with global teams, and utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure efficient training delivery and assessment. The position also offers involvement in graduate programs, promoting early-career engagement in the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in training, including developing materials.
• Experience delivering training programs across multiple formats.
• Flexibility to work across time zones for global collaboration.
