Job summary

DRW, a diversified trading firm headquartered in Chicago, seeks a Business Manager to oversee rollout of new trading initiatives across the Americas. You’ll coordinate with internal and external teams to perform due diligence, monitor onboarding of traders, exchanges, products, and execution systems, and ensure timely launches.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in a trading environment.
• Experience onboarding clearing firms, exchanges, rebate programs, and counterparties.
• Experience coordinating with teams across US, Europe, and Asia.
• Understanding regulatory, tax, risk, treasury, capital, and legal factors for onboarding.
• Experience working with Traders.
• Ability to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking.
• Attention to detail with strong follow-through.
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage assessment and implementation of new trading initiatives and onboarding.
• Gather data, details, and timelines.
• Define scope based on requirements.
• Communicate clearly to support teams.
• Liaise with internal/external parties as needed.
• Project manage initiatives to completion with quick turnaround.
• Assist with managing exchange relationships, including product launches and rebates.
• Act as point of contact for traders on inquiries.
