You will serve as the main contact for corporate action processing, collaborate with product managers and technology, and help build a sophisticated event management system to support front-office research and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of corporate action experience across regions/markets
• Solid understanding of each corporate action type, lifecycle and nuances
• Direct experience with corporate action vendor data and prime broker portals preferred
• Working knowledge of equity instrument reference data preferred
• Proven experience in an operational project setting delivering measurable results
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with stakeholders
• Reliable team player who can manage day-to-day operations and project support

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary support contact for daily Corporate Actions operations and research
• Review and validate all global dividend, mandatory, and voluntary event details in the event management system and resolve exceptions and risk
• Collaborate with global team members to oversee entitlement and liability processing and resolve daily exceptions with technology partners
• Monitor and process upcoming voluntary corporate action elections in a timely fashion
• Reconcile all corporate action entitlements against prime broker and custodian reports
• Act as a subject matter expert to investigate and respond to inquiries from internal trading desks, technology, and other stakeholders
• Partner with technology teams to enhance daily operations: define logic to automate entitlement bookings and adjustments, and improve reconciliation
