Job summary

DRW, a Chicago-based diversified trading firm, seeks a Business Manager to oversee rollout of new trading initiatives across the Americas, coordinating internal and external teams to ensure successful onboarding of traders, venues, and products.

You will gather data, define scope, and manage projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, integrity, and innovation guiding decisions.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in a trading environment (front office, operations, risk management, compliance, business analysis, PM, etc.)
• Experience onboarding clearing firms, prime brokerage relationships, exchanges, rebate programs, and counterparties (KYC)
• PM experience with project lifecycle ownership
• Experience coordinating with teams in US, Europe, and Asia
• Understanding regulatory, tax, risk, treasury, capital, and legal factors for onboarding

Responsibilities

• Manage assessment and implementation of new trading initiatives and access changes
• Gather data, details, and timelines for initiatives
• Define scope based on requirements
• Communicate details to all support teams
• Liaise with internal/external parties as needed
• Project-manage initiatives to completion with transparency
• Assist in managing exchange relationships and new product launches
• Act as the point of contact for traders on inquiries
