DRW in Chicago seeks a Business Manager to rollout new trading initiatives in the Americas. You will liaise with internal and external teams to perform due diligence, monitor new processes, and ensure successful onboarding of products, traders, and venues.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in a trading environment across front office, operations, risk, compliance, or project management.
• Experience onboarding clearing firms, prime brokers, exchanges, and execution systems.
• Proven project management experience with cross-region coordination.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and decommissioning of traders, exchanges, products, and execution systems.
• Gather data, define scope from requirements, and communicate details to support teams.
• Coordinate with internal/external parties and deliver initiatives-to-completion with transparency.
• Assist with exchange relationships, new product launches, and rebate programs.
• Serve as point of contact for traders on trading inquiries.
