Job summary

Freeman+Leonard, on behalf of a global B2B technology client, seeks a Director of Tradeshows & Events to own the global events program from strategy through execution. This onsite role is based in Irving and requires extensive international events experience to elevate brand presence and drive commercial growth.

You will lead end-to-end event planning, manage budgets and sponsorships, coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships, and develop measurement frameworks to demonstrate

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B events experience
• Global events experience across regions
• Experience managing international tradeshows, sponsorships, and customer events
• Strong budget and contract negotiation skills
• Ability to travel internationally
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual global tradeshow strategy, calendar, and budget.
• Lead end-to-end event planning and execution, including booth strategy, sponsorships, exhibits, demonstrations, signage, collateral, staffing, registration, logistics, shipping, hospitality, and onsite execution.
• Partner with Sales and senior leaders to establish objectives, priority accounts, engagement plans, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop event messaging, demonstrations, presentations, launches, and supporting content.
• Create differentiated event experiences that strengthen brand positioning and drive engagement.
