You will support first- and second-shift trades, offering expert guidance and a growth trajectory in a performance-driven environment.

The role requires strong client service, licensing readiness, and a passion for learning in a fast-paced setting with on-site collaboration emphasized.

Qualifications

• Licenses required: Series 7 and 63
• Series 3 license may be obtained as Condition of Employment
• Ability to read, write and communicate in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
• Experience in Client Service, Financial Services or Brokerage Services
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve brokerage clients as subject matter expert in equities and derivatives (options & futures)
• Handle first- and second-shift trades with accuracy and risk awareness
• Deliver proactive, consultative client service and resolve issues
