Job summary

Charles Schwab Careers seeks an Associate, Bilingual Client Services Representative to service international and domestic clients with trading and account inquiries. You will assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options, and provide translation services as needed.

Requires Mandarin/Cantonese and Series 7/63 licenses or ability to obtain them. A client‑focused, technically proficient communicator is essential in this fast-paced, hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak Mandarin/Cantonese in addition to English.
• Series 7 & 63 licenses required or ability to obtain within training time.
• Strong communication to build trust with clients via phone and written channels.
• Available to work in a structured schedule including lunch/breaks.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, integrity, and a willingness to learn.
• Flexible and able to work across emails/chats/phone as needs change.

Responsibilities

• Assist international and domestic clients with trading and account services.
• Support trading of stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options; respond to inquiries.
• Provide document translation services for internal partners and clients.
• Support stock plan services with evening and overnight shifts as needed.
• Build and maintain client relationships to help them own their tomorrow.
