Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Global trademark clearance, prosecution and maintenance of portfolio.
• Enforcement and anti-counterfeiting efforts globally.
• Liaise with business clients and outside counsel on trademark matters.
• Handle trademark-related transactional work including licensing and acquisitions.
